You can wash them in the washing machine at 30° maximum, preferably with a linen net and without spinning. They must be air-dried.
Ubac's advice: Try to wash by hand to protect the planet. At least, a machine wash consumes 40 to 50 liters of water and about 1.2 kWh of electricity. Washing your clothes by hand also helps to preserve their quality longer.
This beanie has a carbon footprint of 1 kg CO2e according to an independent assessment conducted by Carbon Fact. This beanie is 86% less impactful than the industry average (8 kg CO2e)

This beanie is 100% recyclable. It can be returned to Ubac by writing to us at contact@ubac-store.com to be recycled and reintegrated into future productions.
Welcome to Ubac's collection of eco-responsible hats. They are made in France with recycled wool from clothing relay stations. Our wool is recycled without dyeing, it is spun and woven in the Tarn region of France before being sent to our knitting workshops in Roanne, in the Loire region. Thus, we can offer you a recycled and infinitely recyclable hat, sustainable and Made In France.
Our wool is washed with a softener before being knitted to offer you soft and comfortable hats, in addition to being resistant and made of natural fibers. The hat is an essential fashion accessory in winter, we immediately wanted to create a version in wool, a natural material, and moreover recycled. This way, we bring together two of Ubac's trademarks!
When your hat is worn out, you can send it back to us in order to recycle the wool again, and then to make new colored eco-responsible hats.
