Return:
The return is offered in metropolitan France*. You have 60 days from the reception of your shoes to benefit from the free return.The returned items must respect the following conditions:- they must not have been worn outside- they must be in new condition

We recommend hand washing in warm water with a soft sponge or cloth.
Before starting the cleaning, we advise you to remove the laces and the sole.

VOLKAN is a 100% recyclable sneaker. It can be returned to Ubac by writing to us at contact@ubac-store.com to be recycled and reintegrated into future productions.
COBOIS™ Knit
COBOIS™ is an organic cotton and wood pulp knit developed specifically for our sneakers. Naturally stretchy, it is ultra breathable, lightweight and most importantly, very comfortable.
Zero plastic
Most knits are designed from plastic, we believe that a material can be just as technical without relying on petroleum and with a reduced impact. Nature gives us the best, we enhance its properties with our COBOIS™ knit technology.

This ergonomic insole uses production waste and recycled rubber
Extragrip™
The Extragrip™ sole is made up of 35% recycled materials. Ultra durable and equipped with cushioning technology, this sole enhances the extreme comfort given to this sneaker. Non-slip grips allow you to walk on any terrain.
